What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki is used to balance and restore well-being in mind, body and spirit. During a session you will rest fully clothed on a massage table. Reiki energy can be facilitated to balance chakras (energy centers), remove energy blocks, cut energetic cords, among others!
