Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle hands on technique, wherein your therapist provides gentle prolonged & sustained pressure to a fascia restricted area in the body, where it is needed. Releasing myofascial restrictions results in improved range of motion and decreased pain. Clients who come in for MFR report decreased pain and improved overall wellness! (In order to receive most benefits of your MFR session, please wear loose shorts and a tank top, no oil or lotion on your skin prior to session to prevent gliding)!
