1- Session Evaluation & Treatment

Getting to know you & hearing your journey! Review medical history, treatment goals and whole body postural alignment analysis. Hands on treatment-myofascial release, pelvic floor and/or energy healing work. Last 10 minutes of your session dedicated to provide suggested home self treatment, time to answer questions and provide recommended treatment plan!

2- Decreasing Symptoms

1- Session Evaluation & Treatment

Based on the evaluation you will receive a plan of care. On-going treatments to decrease symptoms to allow you to return to enjoying everyday activities!

At this phase you will feel better but treatment is not done yet!

3- Heal Root Cause of Symptoms

4- Maintenance & Wellness Sessions

Find the Root Cause of the symptom and achieve your desired goals! Eliminating or drastically decreasing your symptoms. Empowering you to have a set of self treatment techniques to implement in your routine to improve quality of your life!

4- Maintenance & Wellness Sessions

Once your desired goals have been achieved it is recommended to continue with wellness MFR sessions 1-2x a month.
